Our vision as a church is to communicate the love of God to everyone who visits City View and to those we meet and work with everyday.
At City View you will find a loving, friendly and compassionate atmosphere. We encourage people to connect with each other and develop caring and on-going relationships. Through relevant teaching from God’s Word, contemporary music, and our various programs, people of all ages and walks of life will have the opportunity to grow in their faith, and discover how much God really loves them. He desires only the VERY BEST for all of us!
WE BELIEVE…the Bible is God’s inspired word, without error or contradiction – the basis for our faith, conduct and doctrine.
WE BELIEVE…in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came down from heaven to be the Savior of the world.
WE BELIEVE…Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. We believe that the gift of salvation is only received by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross. We believe Jesus rose from the dead and is coming again, and through His sacrifice we can be restored back to full relationship with God.
WE BELIEVE…water baptism is a testimony of our faith in Jesus Christ and a declaration of His Lordship in our lives.
WE BELIEVE…that Communion is an act of remembering what Jesus did for us on the cross. We believe that His blood was shed for the forgiveness of sins, and His body was broken for our healing and wholeness.
WE BELIEVE…it is important to have an on-going relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe, that because of this relationship God can speak to us through His Holy Spirit and teach us through His Word.
WE BELIEVE…as children of God, we are overcomers and more than conquerors and God intends for each of us to experience the abundant life He has provided for us here on earth.
WE BELIEVE…that God wants the very best for us – all the time. We believe that every good and perfect gift comes from God. We believe that God has good plans for our lives, plans to prosper and not to harm us, plans to give us a hope and a future.
